Cancelling Appointments
We require a booking fee to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the cost of your service on the day of your appointment. We understand life gets busy and things can pop up! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call or message us with a minimum of24 hours’ notice and your booking fee will be refunded to you.
If you cancel within a 24-hour or fail to show up to your appointment without notifying us you will forfeit your deposit.
